1. Who sells to you
Licensor of the Software ("we"): ET "STIVAN-M - Stoyan Georgiev" (ЕТ "СТИВАН-М - СТОЯН ГЕОРГИЕВ"), registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria, EIK 101052668, VAT number BG101052668, registered office: 4 Georgi Kazepov Str., 2800 Sandanski, Bulgaria. Email: [email protected].
Orders placed through [wispfx.com] are processed by [Paddle.com Market Ltd / Lemon Squeezy LLC, choose one], our online reseller and merchant of record. The reseller is the seller for the payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and payment-related refunds, under its own buyer terms at [LINK]. The Software is licensed to you by us under the WispFX End User Licence Agreement ("EULA").
If you buy on Gumroad or aescripts + aeplugins, that platform is the seller and its terms apply to the purchase; the EULA still governs your use of the Software.
2. The product
WispFX 1.0 is downloadable software (digital content) for Windows 10/11 with an NVIDIA GPU. It works as a panel in Adobe After Effects 2024 or newer and as an effect in DaVinci Resolve (tested on Resolve Studio 21). It does not run on macOS.
Before you buy, please check:
- GPU: 8 GB VRAM minimum (Draft preset), 16 GB for Balanced, 24 GB for Quality. Performance has been tested on an RTX 4090. Figures for other cards are estimates.
- Downloads: the AI models are not included in the purchase. During setup you download them yourself (about 21 to 25 GB, depending on your card) with a free Hugging Face account, after accepting the Lightricks LTX-2.x Community License. The optional Pick Subject feature downloads Meta's SAM 3 (3.45 GB) under the SAM License.
- Licensed separately: these third-party model licences are between you and their licensors.
- Revenue limit: if your organisation (with its affiliates) has annual revenue of USD 10 million or more, Lightricks requires you to buy a separate commercial licence from them to use the LTX models in production. A WispFX licence does not include it.
- Try it first: a free download of WispFX is available. It has every feature, but its renders carry a watermark until you enter a licence key. It is not time-limited. It is for evaluation and personal non-commercial use only; commercial use needs a licence. Please install it and test your own hardware and footage before you buy. Buying a licence removes the watermark from new renders; it does not change renders made before.

3. Licence types and prices

Full licence terms are in the EULA. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency where available. For consumers, the price shown at checkout includes VAT or sales tax, which the merchant of record calculates for your country. Businesses with a valid VAT ID may be able to buy with reverse charge where the merchant of record supports it.
Updates: your licence includes all 1.x updates, free of charge. Price promotions do not entitle earlier buyers to a partial refund.
4. Order and delivery
The contract is formed when the merchant of record confirms your order by email. Your licence key is delivered by email and on the confirmation page, normally right away. You enter it in the WispFX panel (Licence > Activate). If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact [email protected].
5. Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (in Bulgaria: art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, ЗЗП).
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once supply begins (the licence key is made available), if: a. you expressly asked us to start supplying the digital content during the withdrawal period, and b. you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and c. we confirmed your consent and acknowledgement to you on a durable medium (the order confirmation email).

At checkout you will be asked to tick a box such as:
"I want immediate access to my WispFX licence. I agree that supply starts now and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the licence key is made available."
If you do not give this consent, delivery of the licence key waits until the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
Withdrawal function. Where you still have a right of withdrawal and bought online, you can withdraw using the function labelled "Withdraw from contract here" ("Откажете се от договора тук") at support page or on the merchant of record's order page, then confirm with "Confirm withdrawal" ("Потвърждавам отказа"). You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email with the date and time of your withdrawal. You can also email us at [email protected] with any clear statement, or use the model form below.
[OWNER/LAWYER: (1) confirm the merchant of record's checkout shows the consent box and sends the confirmation in point c; (2) the withdrawal function comes from art. 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU (added by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, applying from 19 June 2026), transposed in Bulgaria as art. 52a ЗЗП (ДВ бр. 87 of 24 September 2026). Confirm whether it must be shown when the right was validly waived, and who provides it when the platform is the merchant of record.]
Model withdrawal form (for consumers who keep the right): "To ET STIVAN-M, 4 Georgi Kazepov Str., 2800 Sandanski, Bulgaria, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital content: [ ], ordered on [ ], name, address, date."

6. Legal guarantee (conformity)
Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK have statutory rights if the Software does not conform to the contract. For example, if it does not work as described on a system that meets the stated requirements, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or failing that to a price reduction or a refund (Directive (EU) 2019/770; in Bulgaria, the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods [LAWYER: confirm the exact Bulgarian title]). These rights are not limited by the EULA or these terms. The free watermarked download is supplied without payment and outside these conformity rules, to the extent the law allows.
7. Studio and business purchases
For Studio and other business purchases:
- the withdrawal right in section 5 does not apply;
- invoices are issued by the merchant of record;
- volume quotes and purchase orders: [email protected];
- more seats are bought as separate per-seat licences at the current Studio price.
8. Chargebacks and fraud
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the related licence is deactivated. We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
9. Liability, law and disputes
Liability is governed by sections 9 and 10 of the EULA.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you habitually live (art. 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).
Courts. Disputes with business customers go to the competent court in Bulgaria for the seller's registered office, [court, e.g. Районен съд Сандански or Окръжен съд Благоевград, depending on the value of the claim; lawyer to confirm]. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live and can only be sued there (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, art. 18).
Out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers can refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. In Bulgaria these are the general conciliation commissions at the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП), www.kzp.bg. [LAWYER: confirm the commission to name, whether we must state that we will or will not take part, and the wording required by the ЗЗП. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025; do not link to it.]
